RESTORE THE AD-FREE PURCHASE

Open Settings → Version 1.0 → Restore purchase while using the same Google Play account. This is a non-consumable purchase, so you only pay once.

PLAY GAMES WILL NOT CONNECT

Check your internet connection, the active account in Google Play Games and that Google Play services are up to date. Offline play remains available.

DELETE OR RESET PROGRESS

Use the reset option in the game settings. To erase all local data, Android also lets you clear the game's storage.

REPORT AN ISSUE

Please include your phone model, Android version, game version, language and the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Never send a password or payment details.
