PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains how the mobile game Sudoku Descent, published by Damien Flandrin under the Gekkode name, handles data required to provide the game.

1. DATA WE HANDLE

On-device data

Progress, settings, scores and preferences are stored on your device. They remain there unless you enable an online feature described below.

Google Play Games

If you sign in, Google Play Games may provide a player ID, display name and profile image. The game uses them for leaderboards, achievements and cloud saves. These features are also governed by Google's privacy policy.

Ad-free purchase

Google Play Billing processes the one-time remove_ads purchase. The game receives the purchased product, its status and a technical purchase token. Gekkode never receives card or bank details.

Ads and consent

The free version uses Google AdMob. Depending on your choices and applicable law, Google may process advertising or device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic data to deliver, measure and secure ads. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google UMP collects the required choice and lets you reopen it from the game settings.

Optional analytics

A separate option can authorize anonymous gameplay statistics for game balancing. In version 1.0 this remains inactive while no provider is configured. If enabled later, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before collection begins.

2. PURPOSES

• run the game and retain progress;
• provide and restore purchases;
• show ads in the free version with the required consent;
• prevent fraud, diagnose issues and meet legal obligations.

3. SHARING

Relevant data may be processed by Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Google UMP. Gekkode does not sell personal data.

4. RETENTION AND DELETION

Local data remains on the device until it is reset or the game is uninstalled. Google services apply their own retention periods. You can reset progress in Settings, clear the game's Android storage and manage Play Games data through your Google Account.

5. CHILDREN

Sudoku Descent is not designed as a service specifically directed to children. Gekkode does not create child profiles.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection for data handled by the publisher. Use your Google Account tools for data controlled directly by Google.
