By installing Sudoku Descent, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the game on your compatible devices.
GAME AND AVAILABILITY
Offline features remain available without an account. Leaderboards, achievements, cloud saves, advertising and purchases depend on Google Play and an internet connection. The publisher may fix, balance or improve the game over time.
ADVERTISING AND PURCHASES
The free version may display ads at natural breaks between games. The one-time “Remove ads” purchase disables these ads for the purchasing Google Play account when it is recognized. Local pricing and taxes are shown by Google Play. Payments, cancellations and refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable law.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not bypass security, falsify scores, disrupt leaderboards, abuse automation or redistribute game files without authorization.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Sudoku Descent's code, artwork, text, trademarks, music and presentation remain protected. They may not be extracted, redistributed or reused separately without authorization.
LIABILITY
The game is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services and is not liable for interruptions caused by Google Play, the network or the device.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
